Do kegel exercises for men increase stamina?
I've heard this from multiple sources books, the internet, even right here at Yahoo Answers. Truth is, I would like to know if they really work for increasing a man's stamina. I have stamina issues and I'm looking to start doing kegel exercises and eventually become a multi orgasmic man by multi orgasmic I mean multiple orgasms before 1 ejaculation .Also, I have tired these exercises before, and I couldn't keep my abs from flexing. I know I'm supposed to relax but they flex a tiny bit every time. It seems like I can't isolate the PC muscles themselves. Any tips?

Hi everyone, and Merry Christmas I just started doing Kegel exercises yesterday, and I can't seem to locate the pubococcygeus PC muscles. I've read guides telling me to stop the urine flow in the middle of urinating I tried it 4 times already but it seems like it's almost impossible for me to stop the flow once it started. So, I couldn't locate the muscle. However, I had a rough guess is it the area between the anus and the base of the testes? I've been trying hard to practice moving the muscles in that area. Please tell me if this is the PC muscle I'm looking for.I seem to contract the anal sphincter as well while contracting the previously mentioned group of muscles. Is that OK?Besides, is there any other way to locate the PC muscles more accurately? It was said that is surrounds the rectum, but I've no idea where the doofus it is.Thank you.Whenever I tried to do anything while urinating, I speed up the rate of urine flow instead of stopping it. So... any tips on which muscle to contract?

How exactly do Kegel exercises for men improve erections?
I was looking up some information on Kegel exercises for men, and found that it actually works. I found peer reviewed research articles on it saying that men with Erectile Dysfunction who did Kegel exercises for an extended period of time no longer had ED. Thus, showing that it worked to improve erectile functioning. I believe it said that of the men that came in with Erectile Dysfunction, that about 75 % I can't remember the exact number found a significant improvement with their erections and didn't need to seek other treatments for ED. Ok, with that said, I don't really understand how Kegels can improve erectile functioning. I know the PC muscle is the muscle that is being exercised in Kegels, but I didn't understand the exact relationship it had with having a stronger erection. I always thought erections were 100 % based on blood flow to the 3 chambers in the penis corpus cavernosum, etc. if you exclude the mental aspects of arousal. Can anyone tell me exactly how the PC muscle improves erections? No big deal if it is unknown, but I wanted to see if anyone with some more in depth knowledge of anatomy could tell me. Thanks
